Shipping Across India

At Room Glow, we are pleased to offer shipping services across India. We also provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option for select pin codes supported by our delivery partners.

Processing and Delivery Times

• All packages will be shipped within 48 working hours. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
• Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 5-7 days.
• Estimated delivery times will be indicated on the shipping page; however, these are indicative and depend on our shipping partner.

Delivery Timing and Tracking

• Delivery times are subject to your location, distance, and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. However, we will assist you in tracking your package through our partner courier services.
• Your purchases may be shipped from various locations and arrive in more than one package. Rest assured, you will be charged only one delivery fee for your entire order.
• As soon as your package ships, we will email you the tracking information for your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Information

• Please note that the Cash on Delivery option is not a trial option; payment is required before accepting the order. Refusing a COD order may result in the deactivation of the COD option for your future orders.
• In certain pin codes, our shipping partners may not support the COD option, and therefore this option may be unavailable for your location.

Special Delivery Requests

• If you have any special time-bound delivery requirements, please email us or leave comments in your order about the requested time of delivery. We will make our best effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it.

Courier Services

Orders within India are fulfilled through safe and reliable courier companies, such as Delhivery and others. While we utilize some of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, service availability depends on their reach. If your address is not served by our partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution for delivering your products.

Order Cancellations

• To cancel an order, please email us within 4 hours of placing your order. If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to process the cancellation.
• We are unable to process refunds for orders canceled at the doorstep or in cases of three failed delivery attempts by our delivery partner.

International Shipping

• Please note that we currently do not ship outside India.
