At Room Glow, we value our customers and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, including a straightforward process for returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

2. Applicability of Policy

By initiating a purchase or accessing our services, you consent to the terms contained in this Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from completing your purchase. We may update this Policy from time to time, and it is your responsibility to review it periodically.

3. Return Policy

  • Eligibility for Returns: Products may be returned within 48 Hours from the date of delivery, provided they are in original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Request: To initiate a return, please visit our return portal at my-account/orders/ or email us at contact.roomglow@gmail.com.
  • Inspection: All returned Products will be inspected by our returns personnel. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the criteria outlined in this Policy.

4. Refund Policy

  • Processing Refunds: Upon successful return of the Product, refunds will be processed as follows:
    • Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking Transactions: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing can take up to 7-10 business days.
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) Transactions: Refunds can be processed as Room Glow credits or transferred to the customer’s bank account. Bank account refunds generally take 7-8 business days to process.
  • No Refunds for Self-Shipped Items: Refunds cannot be processed for items that have been self-shipped by the customer and lost in transit.

5. Exchange Policy

At this time, Room Glow does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return per our Policy and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Return Pick-Up Process

  • Requesting a Return: Returns can be requested through the my-account/orders/ or by contacting us via email. Please include your order number and images of the Product to help expedite the return process.
  • Condition of the Product: Returned Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in a saleable condition. Original packaging, tags, and accessories must also be included.
  • Timeframe for Pick-Up: Our delivery personnel will arrange for a pick-up of the returned Product within 3-4 business days from the return request.

7. Cancellation of Requests

If you wish to cancel a return request, please contact our customer service at contact.roomglow@gmail.com before the pick-up personnel arrives.

8. Miscellaneous

  • Binding Decision: In case of any disputes regarding returns or refunds, the decision made by Room Glow will be binding.
